Duplo Group to acquire Multigraf.

Duplo Group, a company manufacturing calculating and accounting equipment, agreed to acquire Multigraf, a manufacturer of print finishing equipment based in Switzerland. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are honoured to welcome Multigraf in the Duplo group. Multigraf is a very well-known and established brand with a long history.
