Estée Lauder Companies, a manufacturer, marketer, and seller of quality skin care, makeup, fragrance, and hair care products, completed the acquisition of a remaining stake in DECIEM, a manufacturer of beauty products, for $860m. “We are incredibly proud of what DECIEM is accomplishing.
