Interpump Group, an Italian industrial group, completed the acquisition of Alfa Valvole, an Italian company engaged in the design and manufacture of ball valves, dosing pumps, and metering pumps, from IDEX Italy, a subsidiary of U.S -based IDEX Corp. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Interpump is the most suitable strategic partner to support our long-term growth term, we are eager to begin the process of integrating into our new reality.
