LexisNexis to acquire Henchman.

LexisNexis, a legal, regulatory and business data analytics company, agreed to acquire Henchman, a legal technology software developer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We see this union with LexisNexis as an extension of our drafting vision to proactively surface valuable and strategic insights for customers – delivering a center of knowledge to legal teams.
