Wynnchurch Capital completed the acquisition of Hydraulic Technologies from SPX FLOW.

Wynnchurch Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Hydraulic Technologies, a manufacturer of high-pressure hydraulic tools and equipment, from SPX FLOW, a multi-industry manufacturing leader producing highly-specialized, engineered products and innovative technologies.
