SEB Nordic Energy-backed Locus Energy completed the acquisition of the Mäkelänkangas hybrid wind & solar farm from Suomen Voima. Financial terms were not disclosed. The Mäkelänkangas hybrid power plant, located in Hamina, Finland, has been developed, built and owned by Suomen Voima since 2010. The wind farm, comprising four wind turbines, was put into commercial operation in 2012 and the solar power plant in 2016.
