LeCab completed the acquisition of Marcel from Cosmobilis Automotive.

LeCab, a private transportation service offering cab services, completed the acquisition of Marcel, the online reservation platform for chauffeur-driven touring cars, from Cosmobilis Automotive, an automobiles retailer. Financial terms were not disclosed. We have always stated that we would continue to be a player in the consolidation of the French VTC market.
