Regal Partners completed the acquisition of Merricks Capital for $156m.

Regal Partners, an ASX-listed, specialist alternative investment manager, completed the acquisition of Merricks Capital, an investment company, for $156m. “This is a transformational development for the Merricks Capital business and one that will significantly accelerate the scale and opportunity set available to its investors.
