ECI Partners-backed Ciphr, a cloud-based human resources (HR) software company, completed the acquisition of Shape Payroll, an integrated payroll platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition will truly enhance our payroll proposition and help us to continue to support and empower the payroll professionals who use and rely on Ciphr’s software and solutions,” Sion Lewis, Ciphr CEO.
