Cisalfa Group to acquire Sportscheck.

Cisalfa Group, an Italian group in sale and distribution of sports-fashion and leisure apparel, footwear and equipment, agreed to acquire Sportscheck, a sports retail chain. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are proud to have this valuable brand in our portfolio. The last few months have been very intense, after being preferred over several international candidates, but we want to offer Sportscheck interesting opportunities for growth," Boris Zanoletti, Cisalfa Group General Manager.
