Cisalfa Group completed the acquisition of Sportscheck.

Cisalfa Group, an Italian group in sale and distribution of sports-fashion and leisure apparel, footwear and equipment, completed the acquisition of Sportscheck, a sports retail chain. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We welcome all SportScheck employees to our big family and we are proud to have this valuable brand in our portfolio.
