VINCI Construction completed the acquisition of Entreprises Marchand & Frères.

VINCI Construction, a construction engineering company, completed the acquisition of Entreprises Marchand & Frères, a civil engineering firm specializing in road construction and material production. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition will enable VINCI Construction, which has operated for over 20 years in Quebec, to densify its network of businesses in the province.
