Whitestone Capital completed the acquisition of Le Meridien Atlanta Perimeter from Starwood Capital.

Whitestone Capital, division of Whitestone Companies, a real estate services and investment firm, completed the acquisition of Le Meridien Atlanta Perimeter, a hotel offering contemporary accommodations, dining, and event spaces, from Starwood Capital, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As with most things, it is about timing. With the Le Meridien, we believe we have found an incredible asset in a great location with considerable upside potential,” Jay Batra, Whitestone Companies CEO.
