SAP, a provider of enterprise applications and business AI, agreed to acquire WalkMe, a provider of digital adoption platform to let organizations measure, drive, and act to maximize their digital transformation, for $1.5bn. "Applications, processes, data, and people are the four key elements of a successful business transformation.
