Tenex Capital Management completed the acquisition of Behavioral Innovations from Shore Capital.

Tenex Capital Management, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Behavioral Innovations, a company providing center-based applied behavior analysis therapy, from Shore Capital, a private equity firm investing in microcap companies.
