Dolby Laboratories completed the acquisition of GE Licensing from GE Aerospace for $429m.

Dolby Laboratories, an immersive entertainment experiences provider, completed the acquisition of GE Licensing, which owns, maintains, and licenses an extensive portfolio of IP primarily targeting the consumer digital media and electronics sectors, from GE Aerospace, an aircraft engine supplier, for $429m. “GE Licensing is home to a number of essential innovations that power the modern world.
