Estancia Capital and LLR Partners completed the acquisition of Soltis Investment Advisors.

Estancia Capital, a private equity firm, and LLR Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Soltis Investment Advisors, a registered investment adviser. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The wealth management industry in the US is large and fragmented with many firms. Soltis represents the upper echelon of these firms, in terms of its collegial culture, dedicated advisor teams, and highly satisfied clients.
