Nihon Kolmar completed the acquisition of Tokiwa Cosmetics Group, a global cosmetics research, development and manufacturing company, from The Carlyle Group, a private equity group. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We have been delighted to partner with Tokiwa over the last five years and support its growth strategy.
