United Petfood, an international pet food manufacturer, completed the acquisition of a Mishawaka facility from Clearlake Capital Group-backed Wellness Pet Company, a pet food company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to take our first steps into the US market with the acquisition of the Mishawaka facility. This acquisition allows us to better serve our American customers with locally produced, high-quality pet food.
