Alter Capital Desarrollo, a private equity firm active in tourism, hospitality, and leisure, completed the acquisition of Wifit Gyms, a fitness chain founded by José Luis Torrecilla and Íñigo Moreno-Luque, operating boutique gyms in Spain. Financial terms were not disclosed.
