ACI Groupe completed the acquisition of Molliex Frères, Lacroix Poncet and Experdeco.

ACI Groupe, a business management consultant in Lyon, France, completed the acquisition of Molliex Frères, Lacroix Poncet and Experdeco, operators of 3 complementary industrial sites located near the Arve Valley. Financial terms were not disclosed. The integration of all this know-how, coupled with a fleet of over 160 machines, enables the group to serve critical industries such as energy, defense, hydraulics, food processing, automotive and textiles.
