Norvestor to acquire Serwent from EQT-backed Recover.

Norvestor, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Serwent, an underground infrastructure maintenance specialist offering services throughout Scandinavia, from EQT-backed Recover. Financial terms were not disclosed. "On behalf of Serwent, I would like to thank the entire Recover-family, as well as EQT for their invaluable support over the years.
