ICG-backed management of DGS, a firm in the Italian information technology market, completed the buyout of the company from HIG Capital, an alternative investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are proud to have contributed to the growth of DGS, allowing the company to become a key player in the Italian ICT market.
