Azuria, a provider of infrastructure maintenance, rehabilitation and technology-enabled water solutions, completed the acquisition of Infrastructure Services Group, a firm that acquires and funds private companies that specialize in inspection, repair and rehabilitation of water and wastewater infrastructure systems.
