Radiance Renewables and InfraCo Asia to form a joint venture.

Radiance Renewables, a renewable energy projects company, and InfraCo Asia, a developer and financier of infrastructure projects, agreed to form a joint venture to develop a portfolio of greenfield renewable energy projects. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Radiance is committed to advancing the decarbonization of the C&I sector, aiding Corporate India in its energy transition and combating the adverse impacts of climate change.
