Foxtrot InvestCo, a company investor and developer, agreed to acquire a 81.5% stake in Echo Topco, a management and holding company, from WQZ, Sanden, Roosgruppen, Aeternum Management and Vicama Capital, an investment companies. Financial terms were not disclosed.
