M80 completed the acquisition of HSU Groep from Berk Partners.

M80, a Brussels-based investment company, completed the acquisition of HSU Groep, a specialist maintenance company, from Berk Partners, a private management company. Financial terms were not disclosed “HSU is enthusiastic about the fact that we can now further roll out our growth plan together with M80 and that we will be able to make an important step forward in the Belgian market - where we are not yet active.
