Safe Monitoring Group completed the acquisition of MEMS.

Safe Monitoring Group, an industry group of gas detector and gas analyzer manufacturers, completed the acquisition of MEMS, a manufacturer of gas analyzers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I have got to know MEMS during the past year and I´m really impressed with their exceptional products together with their broad expertise in electronics development.
