Alcedo, FVS, Friulia and Clessidra completed the acquisition of PA ABS and PA Expertise from Retelit.

Alcedo, FVS, Friulia, and Clessidra, private equity firms, completed the acquisition of PA ABS, a system integration and application, and PA Expertise, a consultancy of Microsoft Dynamics, from Retelit, an Italian business group active in the telecommunications and ICT sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The decision to sell the two companies is part of a strategy aimed at simplifying the Group's corporate structure in order to optimize our operations and focus our resources and expertise more on infrastructures, platforms and ICT projects functional to the core business of our Customers," Jorge Álvarez, Retelit CEO.
