Verlinvest-backed Tom & Co, a pet retailer, completed the acquisition of PharmaPets, an online veterinary pharmacy, and Vetostore, a pet store from Mitiska. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We look forward to starting this new chapter and complementing our network of physical stores with a strong online presence,” Thierry le Grelle, Tom&Co CEO.
