Glentra Capital completed the acquisition of DVP Solar from Everwood.

Glentra Capital, an investment company, completed the acquisition of DVP Solar, a company developing photovoltaic solar projects, from Everwood, an investment management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is a pivotal moment for DVP.
