Palisade-backed BioticNRG Mandate, a highly sustainable bioenergy platform, completed the acquisition of AD Platform and Strategic Operator from NatWest, an independent registered charity for retired RBSG/ NatWest Group employees and their dependants, and Heathpatch, a farming and forestry machinery supplies to electro-mechanical components. Financial terms were not disclosed.
