Keystone Capital-backed Pinchin completed the acquisition of CodeGreen Solutions from Victor Capital Partners.

Keystone Capital-backed Pinchin, an environmental, engineering, building science, and health & safety consulting firm, completed the acquisition of CodeGreen Solutions, a sustainability and energy management services firm, from Victor Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity (PE) firm investing in specialty consumer, industrial technology and business services companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Pinchin is a natural fit with CodeGreen and we are truly excited to expand our presence within high-performing buildings.
