Progrits completed the acquisition of Axcel-backed Idha.

Progrits, a vertical software and information services company, completed the acquisition of Axcel-backed Idha, a web-based system for storing and evaluating digital tachograph data. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Idha is another welcome addition to the Progrits group, which continues to grow with strong companies to further develop our service offerings for both new and existing customers. Idha Sweden’s market-leading system, combined with their broad expertise in tachograph data, will strengthen some of the Progrits companies’ current offerings, while Idha Sweden will reach more transport and workshop customers through our companies," Björn Ekström, Progrits CEO.
