Beijer Ref, a manufacturer and wholesaler of cooling technology and HVAC, completed the acquisition of a 80% stake in Cool4U, a distributor of HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and vehicle applications. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Cool4U has strong brand recognition in the region and further enhances our offering in the HVAC sector.
