SITA to acquire ASISTIM.

SITA, a technology provider for the air transport industry, agreed to acquire ASISTIM, a company renowned for its airline flight operations services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Acquiring ASISTIM is a big move for SITA’s Managed Services portfolio journey. In this case it’s OCC services, whether we take on full OCC activities or just a subset.
