MSCP-backed Resource Innovations, a tech-enabled services company focused on energy efficiency and sustainability, completed the acquisition of Cadeo, a clean energy consulting firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. RI Founder and Chief Executive Officer Lauren Casentini will work closely with Cadeo CEO Harrison Grubbs to leverage the complementary capabilities of each company to drive even greater impact and results for their clients.
