Redarbor completed the acquisition of Catho and OCC from SEEK for $85m.

Redarbor, a Spanish online job ads and HR technology company, completed the acquisition of Catho and OCC, a job ads brands in Brazil and Mexico, from SEEK, an Australian listed employment marketplace company for $85m. This strategic transaction allows Redarbor to double its expected revenues for 2024 to around €120 million and to strengthen its presence in Brazil and Mexico, markets with significant growth opportunities. Both portals will retain their brands and continue to operate independently.
