Arlington Capital Partners-backed Riverpoint Medical, a developer, designer and manufacturer of medical devices, completed the acquisition of CP Medical, a manufacturer specializes in surgical solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Riverpoint’s acquisition of CP Medical marks an important milestone for the Company, accelerating Riverpoint’s growth in its core surgical and animal health end-markets.
