Guardian Capital completed the acquisition of Galibier Capital Management.

Guardian Capital, a global investment management company, completed the acquisition of Galibier Capital Management, an investment management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are truly pleased that Galibier founder, Joe Sirdevan, and his team are joining Guardian and look forward to jointly building on the opportunities ahead.
