PAI Partners-backed ECF completed the acquisition of Pilsa Group.

PAI Partners-backed ECF, a company supplying small equipment, commercial equipment, consumables and disposable products, completed the acquisition of Pilsa Group, a distributor of foodservice equipment and as the undisputed leader in the design & installation of professional kitchens.
