Cleanaway Waste Management, a waste management services company, completed the acquisition of Citywide Service Solutions, an integrated infrastructure, open space, environmental, and waste management services company, from the city of Melbourne for AUD110m. “As Australia’s largest resource recovery and waste management business, we will support these efforts through our extensive experience, commitment to safety, advanced facilities and technology,” Mark Schubert, Cleanaway Chief Executive and Managing Director.
