Cleanaway, a provider of waste management services, completed the acquisition of Citywide Service Solutions, an environmental service company, for AUD110m. “As Australia’s largest resource recovery and waste management business, we will support these efforts through our extensive experience, commitment to safety, advanced facilities and technology,” Mark Schubert, Cleanaway Chief Executive and Managing Director.
