Pacteon Group completed the acquisition of Descon Integrated Conveyor Solutions.

Pacteon Group, a provider of end of line packaging equipment solutions, completed the acquisition of Descon Integrated Conveyor Solutions, a provider of integrated conveyor systems for the food and beverage industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to welcome Descon into the Pacteon family.
