iBusiness Funding completed the acquisition of the US business from Funding Circle for $41m.

iBusiness Funding, a provider of lending, small business capital, loan package marketplace, underwritings and loan processing services, completed the acquisition of the US business from Funding Circle, a lending platform for small businesses for $41m.
