Petbuddy Group completed the acquisition of Thrive Pet Food.

Petbuddy Group, a consortium of super-premium pet food brands, completed the acquisition of Thrive Pet Food, a provider of pet food. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Thrive’s innovative product range and market leadership in freeze-dried products complement our vision perfectly.
