Brødrene A & O Johansen to acquire Workwear Group for DKK271m.

Brødrene A & O Johansen, a Denmark-based wholesaler of technical installation materials and supplies to the construction industry, agreed to acquire Workwear Group, a workwear and uniforms solutions provider, for DKK271m. With the purchase of Workwear Group, AO also gets a new, automated warehouse in Jutland with significant, unused capacity, which will form part of the overall logistics solution for AO.
