Compass Group completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Continental Pump and Integrity Pump & Motor.

Compass Group Equity Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Continental Pump and Integrity Pump & Motor, manufacturers of custom-engineered pumps for water-related applications. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am excited for the opportunity to merge with Integrity Pump. This new partnership with Integrity will add greater value to our customers, unlock new avenues for expansion, and strengthen our reach within the market," George Heath, Continental Pump CEO.
