Trioworld to acquire Palamy and BRJ.

Trioworld, a company providing packaging solutions based on polyethylene film, agreed to acquire Palamy, a specialist in the development and production of innovative polyethylene film, flexographic printing and packaging solutions for the food, industrial and medical sectors, and BRJ, a company specialized in high-definition flexographic printing, laminated plastic film solutions and special applications for food. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are looking forward to welcoming Palamy-BRJ to the Trioworld Group.
