Celero Capital-backed Corteco, a provider of renovation and maintenance services, agreed to acquire Viking Entreprenør, an Oslo-based construction company specializing in building renovation and rehabilitation, from Mabetec Norge. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisitions of Viking, Grundels and Plåtslagaren are significant milestones for Corteco, reinforcing our position in sustainable Outer Shell renovation.
