Celero Capital-backed Corteco to acquire Viking Entreprenør from Mabetec Norge.

Celero Capital-backed Corteco, a provider of renovation and maintenance services, agreed to acquire Viking Entreprenør, an Oslo-based construction company specializing in building renovation and rehabilitation, from Mabetec Norge. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisitions of Viking, Grundels and Plåtslagaren are significant milestones for Corteco, reinforcing our position in sustainable Outer Shell renovation. We look forward to expanding our presence in Norway and Sweden, confident that Viking, Grundels and Plåtslagaren will be strong assets to our group,” Fredrik Furgårdh, Corteco CEO.
