ASSA ABLOY completed the acquisition of Wesko Locks.

ASSA ABLOY, a Swedish group whose offerings include products and services related to locks, doors, gates, and entrance automation, completed the acquisition of Wesko Locks, a Canadian manufacturer and supplier of electronic and specialty locks. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am very pleased to welcome Wesko Locks into the ASSA ABLOY Group.
