Insud Pharma completed the merger with Agile Therapeutics in a $45m deal.

Insud Pharma, a pharmaceutical solutions providing company, completed the merger with Agile Therapeutics, a women's healthcare company in a $45m deal. “We started Agile with the goal of improving women’s health through innovative, clinically differentiated products for women.
